Refund policy

At VISHTRA RAGS, we value our customers and strive to deliver quality products. However, please note the following policy:

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

• No Exchanges: Exchanges are not allowed unless the product meets the conditions below.

• Exchange Policy (Only in Case of Defect or Wrong Product):

  • If the product you receive is defective or damaged.

  • If you receive the wrong product from what you ordered.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos or videos as proof. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.
